 The workflow for approving and then immediately replying to a comment has
 a shortcut in WordPress, but it's not obvious. If you don't know about it,
 you can waste time and effort switching between the pending and approved
 views on the comment moderation screen after approving a comment and then
 wanting to reply to it.

 The `Reply` link on a pending comment is actually a shortcut for approving
 and then replying to a comment. The `Reply` link text should be updated to
 `Approve and Reply` to reflect this and make comment moderation a more
 enjoyable process.
