 This problem is even more pervasive than reported above... I just posted a
 new comment on my blog (through the front-end, not through the dashboard),
 and when it redirected me to the comment after accepting it, it had
 "/comment-page-1" in the redirect URL.

 It would seem that there is a pretty low-level bug with generating comment
 URLs.
