 Error in updating to WordPress 4.7

 For almost all of my sites offline and online I have received a non fatal
 error. Here is the latest site I updated and the error I see. (I just have
 to wait patiently until update is done. In this case I had to refresh the
 site and noticed that 4.7 was installed. I am also getting plugin update
 errors which I will post about in another ticket.)
