 meant only when the term occurs in a sentence. When standing as its own
 outside of a sentence (for example in `wp-admin/includes/class-wp-ms-
 users-list-table.php`) the term should be capitalized.
 Hello, I think I did not understood well, when I'm reading my last patch,
 It seems that not capitalize terms occur only when the term is in a
 sentence.
