 Thanks for the patch!

 There was a change on line 73 in the diff that seems out of place with the
 intent of the patch.

 I think we may need a more descriptive name for the action.
 `add_menu_settings` is too generic. Perhaps something like,
 `admin_nav_menu_item_below_settings`?.

 Patch updated to address the above and some documentation standards.
