 Hey there,

 Thanks for opening this ticket. TinyMCE 4.5 isn't yet used in core (see
 #38978). We'd first have to make sure the enhancements there work nicely
 with core. I'm therefore closing this ticket as a duplicate. Feel free to
 chime in there.
