 In `wp_update_user()`, a notification email is sent out to the user when
 their email address is changed. The text in the notification email doesn't
 include the new email address.

 The message should probably read:

 > This notice confirms that your email address on ###SITENAME### was
 changed to ###NEWEMAIL###.
