 Hi @mklusak, thanks for the bug report.

 I am unable to reproduce here, every time i click the menu links they
 work.

 Can you try disabling all plugins and activating the default
 (twentysixteen) theme to see if the issue persists? If so, can you please
 upload a screencast showing the issue, ideally with a tool that shows your
 clicks.
