 See a small UX issue in WordPress 4.6 on shiny updates.

 In this case I noticed it on the network themes page when one theme has an
 update and that theme is  below the fold (or view-port).

 if the update has an error (of any kind), the response happens at the top
 of the page and a user would never know about the response message. I
 think in this case a forced scroll-to-top would be great or allow the
 shiny updates to show inline errors.
