 Hi, it looks like you're actually having an issue with your specific
 install vs this being a core WordPress issue. We'd expect to see a lot
 more error reports if it was a universal bug. And from the sound of it,
 I'd think it's to do with your theme.

 Try changing to a default theme and upgrading again. If that doesn't work,
 work your way through the Master Trouble Shooting List -
