Comment:

 Hi @steevithak did you find a cause and solution to this issue? I'm
 experiencing exactly the same issue as this with a particular site.
 error_log is building up to over 5GB with lines of PHP Warning: next(),
 maximum execution time 30 seconds etc..

 Very hard to diagnose. If you could let me know that would be much
 appreciated.
