Comment:

 This seems like a sane enough change to me.

 [attachment:36426.diff] sets `WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT` to `WP_MEMORY_LIMIT` in
 the event that `WP_MEMORY_LIMIT` is > `256M`.
