 [37940] introduced two new strings for password confirmation, one when
 zxcvbn is loaded (default), and one for fallback when it's not. Default
 string is the same as one previously used, except that it added dot at the
 end.

 I looked at other checkbox labels WP uses for settings and they don't end
 with dot so I'm suggesting to revert this change and be more consistent.
