 I have the same problem.
 Editor uploads a filename titled http://www.sereniti.ro/wp-
 content/uploads/2016/05/Talking-farm-horse-©-Anke-Van-Wyk-
 Dreamstime.com_.jpg, the server uploads it and then does not displays it.
 All weird characters must be removed.
