 The ordering of the language selector in options-general.php is based off
 the locale, but the visual (and quick-access by typing) entries are using
 the languages native name.

 Would it not make more sense to order by the native name here, I don't
 think I know of any other language selector that isn't alphabetically
 ordered by the visual element of it?
