 Hi @sangsang,

 Welcome to Trac and thanks for taking the time to fill out a bug report. I
 suspect you're probably running into the same issue described in #36531,
 wherein the `medium_large` size is removed after saving the media size
 options. `medium_fixed` is not a size that is generated by WordPress.
