 Hi @aldon,

 Thanks for the feedback. The first fix you mention is actually just
 forcing WordPress to use GD instead of Imagick, which is a possible
 workaround, but doesn't fix the root issue.

 The second suggestion is another way of implementing the same fix
 suggested in [attachment:36534.diff], which I would suggest trying first.
