 Wordpress upgrade broke my http upload as well. No explanation except http
 error - just doesn't work. I have UpdraftPlus plugin for backup and I
 rolled back to previous version of Wordpress and all works as before. My
 files are simple jpegs and not that big. Will not upgrade Wordpress again
 until this is fixed! This is a bug, no question about it. Even if it
 weren't a bug, shouldn't trash everyone's work that was functional
 before!!!!
