 I went back to the drawing board and did a total fresh install of WP,
 updated the TinyMCE from the night build, updated version.php and now the
 Chrome console is giving me the following errors.

 theme.min.js?wp-mce-4310-20160412       403     script
 tinymce.min.js?ver=4310-20160412:4      0 B     42 ms
 plugin.min.js?wp-mce-4310-20160412      403     script
 tinymce.min.js?ver=4310-20160412:4

 I am at a total loss as to why these would be getting a 403 error code as
 the .htaccess is not present on the server.
