 If you are still loading tinymce.min.js, it means either SCRIPT_DEBUG is
 set to `true` or for some reason your site doesn't support compressing the
 output. Try updating the whole wp-includes/js/tinymce directory from a
 [https://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-latest.zip fresh nightly
 build].
