 Here's how I was able to fix the issue in my vanilla WP install.

 1. Download
 [http://download.ephox.com/tinymce/community/tinymce_4.3.10.zip TinyMCE
 4.3.10].
 1. Extract the `tinymce` folder.
 1. Upload the entire contents of the extracted folder to `wp-
 includes/js/tinymce`. Overwrite all the files.
 1. Clear cache and refresh.

 I've successfully "patched" 3 sites experiencing this issue using this
 method.
