 In the meantime, I imagine the things enabled by customizer transactions
 will ultimately supersede the notion of a user-movable width for the
 controls in favor of being able to pop-out to a separate window when
 desired. With that being said, can we get [attachment:32296.diff] in for
 now? This makes the customizer width proportional within reasonable
 constraints based on the current layouts, allowing slightly more
 horizontal space when that can be useful on very large screens.
