 I've had this problem too many times: I'm working on a drafted post and
 -without really thinking about it- I press the "publish" button. With lots
 of auto-push plugins that push this post to social-media.

 Wouldn't it make more sense from a ux-perspective to have the "Publish"
 and "Save Draft" buttons change places when the post-status isn't
 "publish"?
