 Thanks for the ticket @alexandruias! While I think this is in fact
 duplicated, I think it's probably better not to change it for now. The CSS
 in WordPress tends to be pretty fragile, and in this case I believe the
 margin on the customizer description needs to stay for the case when the
 theme section isn't visible (for users who don't have the ability to
 switch themes, or when there is only one theme).
