 Actually, back to you for UI review.

 [attachment:36175.diff] is a fully functional proof of concept and I think
 it works pretty well. The primary thing that I think should be improved is
 the style of the remove button, and we should also verify that this
 approach is acceptable (probably not keyboard accessible, now that I think
 about it), and what the best approach is there (making the `img` focusable
 or having a separate visually-hidden button).
