 Patch [attachment:36173.19.diff] changes the level of the headings inside
 the `.changelog` section, adjusting CSS accordingly so there are no visual
 changes. This way, the headings hierarchy is a bit improved and reflects
 the 3 main groups on the screen, see screenshot:
