 Reviewed .15 at @mikeschroder's request. I've improved the Selective
 Refresh and Script Loader descriptions to better follow description style
 for the About page, and to actually have subjects. The selective refresh
 string doesn't extend beyond 4 lines and the the script loader string
 doesn't extend beyond 2.
