 In [attachment:36173.12.diff]:
 - Fixed whitespace issue and restored feature-section class placement
 - Fixes theme "customizer" check which was keeping the custom logo
 customizer link section from appearing.
 - Changed tagline to "WordPress 4.5 streamlines your workflow, whether
 you’re writing or building your site." -- I'm wondering if going
 even simpler with "WordPress 4.5: A more streamlined experience." is even
 better.
