 And as I mentioned previously that link should have the `.load-customize`
 class; and really, this whole section should potentially be wrapped in a
 `.hide-if-no-customize`. Would also be nice to provide a generic
 customizer link for device previews, since the admin toolbar doesn't link
 to the customizer in the admin yet, so there isn't a fast way to get
 there. A lot of users still aren't aware of the customizer, so we can't
 assume they will find it themselves or understand how to use the new
 feature without a bit more direction.
