 In #36318, allowing `flex-width` was thought unnecessary. But what is the
 drawback of allowing both to be flexible when a theme accommodates a logo
 with any aspect ratio? To me, as a person who haven't worked on the
 cropper before, it makes more sense to have both flexible.
