 Attached [attachment:36173.3.diff patch from after our chat].

 Still needs list of versions of libraries updated, and mentions of other
 dependencies if we want to talk about all of them.

 Could mention one more thing "under the hood" if anyone has suggestions as
 to what to highlight.
