 This is (more or less) taken care of in 4.5 by checking the submitted
 strings lengths, see #10377. Trying to use `ﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃ
 ﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃﾃ` as comment
 author name in trunk blocks the comment and triggers an error.
