 The message comes from the [https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-strong-
 passwords/ Force Strong Passwords plugin], not from WordPress core. Per
 [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/false-error-on-wp-43 this thread],
 the issue appears to be resolved in version 1.6 of the plugin.
