 Whenever it comes to Akismet in germany, you can read it's illegal or
 needs customization like using this Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins
 /akismet-privacy-policies/. If you don't plan to drop it, maybe include
 this plugin for german language users or talk to Frank Bültge (He is a
 german WP-Developer) to commit these changes to the source code of
 'original' Akismet.
