 @helen @nacin: I propose deprecating `wp_title()` to encourage theme
 authors to add title-tag theme support, to go in-line with the WPTRT
 requirement of not using `wp_title()` anymore, and to make it easier for
 plugins to filter the title output going forward. I'd love some feedback
 on it, when you get a chance.
