 following article] excellently explains my view. WordPress is just like
 all the other parts that make up a website 'just' a dependency. The
 project is the site, the goal is to get views/conversions/exposure and a
 few examples of dependencies are: WordPress, Plugins, Hosting, Content.
 None is more important that any others because without any of them the
 site would be broken and the goal wouldn't be achieved.

 WordPress.
