 the wp_editor I try to add is for a widget, in the widget I have a button
 the opens the editor...
 and not for a field in the Customizer, this is other case.

 Note: This ticket was created for adding different HTML elements, not only
 for my needs.

 Why we have the action for the widgets.php page and not for the
 customizer.php?
