 Since at least 3 others agree that we should allow the developer to choose
 if they need to modify the post type args for `'_builtins'` I proactively
 added a patch that removed the limiting `if()` statement: 17447.2.diff.
 Here is hoping that some core committers will understand our request and
 apply it.
