Comment:

 Yes, I think it's reasonable to work on this.

 In the interim, it may be helpful to have better internal docs for
 `dbDelta()`, which make it explicit that only a subset of MySQL `CREATE`
 syntax is handled (ideally, with an enumeration of this subset).
