 The permalink UI located in between title and content creates significant
 visual clutter, especially on small screens.
 Further, the view post and preview buttons create confusion on small
 screens.

 I rather like the approach of hiding the permalink ui beneath an icon near
 the title like wordpress.com is currently auditioning.
