 I didn't even think of the multisite stuff. Apologies.

 I've learned a few things doing this one, which is the first ticket I've
 filed and tried to patch. Also the first issue that looks like it is going
 to get into core.

 It is not going in as I've originally imagined, but I think it is better
 than I thought.
