 I have several posts scheduled for future dates. I have accidentally
 posted four of them recently. It is because when I edit the posts to make
 minor tweaks ahead of publishing using the normal editor, instead of the
 Update button appearing on changes, a Publish button appears which I just
 hit without thinking. In order to fix this I need to alter the schedule
 time (by 1 minute) and then a schedule button appears and I can
 "reschedule" the post. This has only been happening since the 4.3 upgrade.
 It seems not to detect that the future schedule date is there.
