 Not setting the menu to `position: fixed;` avoids this bug. We can add
 that in 4.3.1 (only for Chrome) but looking at the
 [https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=509179#c82 Chromium
 ticket], it should be fixed in about a week.
