 For screens with a width of '''400px or less''' we hide the comments icon
 in the admin bar.  This was done in #32924, and is related to #32678.

 On your particular device you likely could have a fourth icon display in
 the admin bar and not have any problems "touching" the expected icon.  I
 am not convinced your experience would be the same for every other user of
 WordPress on their mobile devices.

 You can rotate your mobile device and see the comments icon in landscape
 mode.

 I am suggesting this ticket be ''closed'' as a ''wontfix''.
