 The update notice for 4.3 links to
 https://codex.wordpress.org/Version_4.3. This is an uncompelling page that
 was out-of-date when 4.3 launched. This page does not encourage me to
 upgrade. After upgrade I'm presented with a nicely made about.php, but
 prior to upgrade our efforts are uncrafted.
