 Hi there, thanks for your report.

 AFAIK WordPress usually doesn't touch the `wp-content` folder at all
 during updates, so this error seems strictly related to Plesk. I suggest
 asking your hoster regarding this or posting on the WordPress.org
 [https://wordpress.org/support/ support forums] as it most probably isn't
 a bug in core itself.
