 We're aware it is a Chromium issue, however, no-one knows how long it is
 going to take to fix, it took them a very long time to even get to the
 ticket, and they haven't found the core problem yet. On top of that, I
 believe someone said they expect it for v47, which is awhile away yet.

 For a temporary fix - and, people have used this CSS adjustment, without
 issue, what's the actual problem it is going to cause if it is limited to
 just the sidebar of the wp-admin?
