 Currently in WordPress, commenters have no idea their comment is approved
 unless they visit the page often. When a comment is held for moderation,
 WordPress should send the commenter an email notification when their
 comment is approved. I'm using the [http://wptavern.com/an-easy-way-to-
 notify-users-when-their-comment-is-approved Comment Approved] plugin to
 add this functionality to WordPress but I really think it should be a core
 feature.
