 transform: translateZ(0); to the admin-menu.css in development version
 (4.4-alpha-33636-src) ... Fixed the issue for me ... Would the change in
 my patch be the appropriate place to add the transform property? (This is
 my first time submitting a patch) ... Tried out the site using an older
 browser, Windows 7 + IE 9 and nothing broke ... I can test out other
 combinations if it would help out.
