 Out of interest why not create a separate `wp_die()` function which wraps
 the heading and accepts the paragraph text as an argument? It would reduce
 a lot of repetition and then the upside would be that if things need to be
 expanded/altered in the future it's just one function to alter rather than
 multiple files.
